Spray it onto a piece of gauze (or dip a Qtip in it for smaller mouths) and wipe down teeth and gums 3-4 times per week. This softens the plaque and after 2-3 weeks any build up can be scraped off with a finger or soft towel. Then you can use weekly to keep oral hygeine in check.
